This venue was a luxurious escape for my family. the private pool and stunning natural surroundings made us feel exclusive. the kind staff knew us by name and offered top-notch service. the room's exclusive amenities, such as the outdoor shower, made our stay unforgettable. the location provided an exotic mountain vacation with incredible volcano views.

The venue's only negative aspect was an occasional spotty Wi-Fi connection, which could interfere with business meetings. this hotel provides a luxurious and exclusive experience with excellent service and breathtaking views.

Nestled in the mountains on the lower slope of an active volcano, this resort boasts a phenomenal 18 hole golf course. the volcanic view can be seen from many of the holes, adding a unique element to each game. the rooms are spacious and clean with helpful staff always on hand to make sure you're satisfied with everything.

The customer service can be jaded and unresponsive at times, leaving guests feeling neglected.

The sunrise and the views are breathtaking, the golf course first nine holes unreal second nine holes very hard and with a hard incline inposible to walk need a cart, but also beautifull. Food service the Breakfast on Sunday very good, service is slow and they forget ceartain orders this happen on Saturday and friday. Norestaurants nearby Antigua is 30 minutes away the hotel charges 65 dollars each way you can get 70 dollars both ways taking to the doorman. Great place to stay Golf staff incredible.

We enjoyed the stunning view of the rolling hills and the nearby volcano from our room and golf course. The room was clean and luxurious, complete with a private pool and jacuzzi. The breakfast served in the room was delicious and efficient. The staff members were friendly and helpful.

The service was a bit slow, with long waiting times for food and drinks. The amenities were not up to the mark, and the rooms were a bit outdated and could do with some modernization.
